Yuk Lihat, Apa Saja Lineup Film di Tribeca Festival 2022

Salah satu festival film paling bergengsi di dunia, Festival Film Tribeca, telah umumkan daftar film yang akan ditampilkan dalam edisi tahun ini.

 

Pada Selasa kemarin, Tribeca telah mengumumkan jajaran lengkap film fitur dan film pendek, termasuk film dokumenter dan film animasi. Secara keseluruhan, 110 film fitur akan diputar di festival tersebut dari 151 sutradara di 40 negara.

Line-up termasuk 88 pemutaran perdana dunia, dua pemutaran perdana internasional, tujuh pemutaran perdana di Amerika Utara, dua pemutaran perdana di AS, dan 11 pemutaran perdana di New York. Ada 32 sutradara yang kembali ke Tribeca dengan proyek terbaru mereka, dan 50 sutradara pemula.

Lebih dari 64% atau 81 film layar lebar disutradarai oleh perempuan, BIPOC, dan sutradara LGBTQ+, dengan pembagian 46% atau 58 film dari sutradara perempuan; 34% atau 43 film dari sutradara BIPOC; dan 8% atau 10 film dari sutradara LGBTQ+.

Tribeca tahun ini memilih dokumenter ‘Halftime’ sebagai film pembuka. ‘Halftime’ mengikuti perjalanan superstar Jennifer Lopez saat ia melihat balik ke belakang dan berevolusi sebagai seorang seniman inspiratif. Film dokumenter ini disutradarai oleh nominasi Academy Award, Amanda Micheli (‘One Nation Under Dog’).
