Baeksang Arts Awards ke-59 siap digelar di Paradise City di Incheon pada Jumat, 28 April 2023. Upacara penghargaan tahunan ini merupakan salah satu acara penghargaan paling bergengsi di Korea Selatan, untuk mengakui keunggulan dalam film dan serial, melalui penyaringan ketat yang dilakukan oleh 60 evaluator profesional di industri.
Semua karya yang dirilis antara 1 April 2022 hingga 31 Maret 2023 dan memenuhi syarat telah dikurasi dan dimasukkan ke dalam nominasi. Telah diumumkan pada 7 April 2023 melalui situs resminya, ini daftar lengkap nominasi Baeksang Awards ke-59.
